Emperador Light Marble 18x18 Polished Tile

I have ordered on two separate occasions, approx. 4 weeks apart, the same tile pieces, Emperodor light marble tile 18” x 18”. On the first received order 720 square ft. Of tile 50 + pieces were broken, chipped or cracked. When I contacted Tile State 2 weeks after receiving the tile, they informed me that,”you should’ve checked the order at receipt. Mind you, this was over 5500 pounds of tile. I have been in the tile and stone business for over 40 years and never have I unboxed an order prior to the start of setting said tile. They gave me a 20% discount on the replacement tiles. 60 in total. Upon receiving the replacement tiles, 12 of them were also broken, chipped and/or cracked leaving them unusable for my project. They have said, there’s nothing wrong with the chipped corners and sides, “that’s the nature of the stone. Well, this company has no decency for customer satisfaction.
After spending $8000 on tile, they don’t care that their shipping practices are horrible. I will be posting on every social media network about this horrible customer care.
